Contact: First contact with Back Bay Builders (call, text or email). Please provide customer name, address and email address. Please forward a project description, pictures and any design plans if available.
Meet And Greet: BBB will schedule a one hour free meet-and-greet to go over your project and designs. This allows both customer and contractor to see if it is a good project fit for both parties.
Design: Some projects may be accomplished with simple designs from the customer and builder. Others may need a little more inspiration or engineering. BBB can recommend a designer / architect or engineer if necessary.
Estimate / Budget: If all design is complete, BBB will provide a line-item estimate including all pricing to complete the project process. BBB encourages the customer to pick out and buy their own lighting and plumbing fixtures with recommended vendors. BBB will provide and manage all subcontractors necessary to complete the project.
Contract: Once design is complete and an agreed budget is agreed upon, BBB will send a formal contract via Docusign for the customer to sign. Once signed, this legal document will lock in a tentative schedule date for the project to begin. BBB will provide all necessary building permits necessary to complete the project.
Deposit: A 25% deposit is due the week before the project start date. An emailed invoice will be sent via QuickBooks email and can be paid via that QuickBooks online payment link.
